Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at info@shopfreedomforge.com to request a return. Returns must be sent to the address we provide after your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions.

Important note on custom printed items All FreedomForge products are custom printed on demand. Because of this, we can only accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage that occurred during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns on custom printed products for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately at info@shopfreedomforge.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items, custom or personalized products (except for defects or damage), or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new separate order for the replacement.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
